Productivity Triangle, how to get MORE done in LESS time - 1/3

Back in November, I hosted the Productivity Masterclass. Showing people how to get more done in less time.

We reviewed 3 things, and I will share the content here over the next three days.

With that being said, let’s get into it!

⏳ Time Is Expiring

Before we start, we need to be clear on what productivity is.

đź“ť Productivity
Getting the most out of your time and energy to create the most output (results) from the work you put in.

Everyone has 24 hours in a day… the difference between those who win and those who don’t is how they decide to allocate the free hours they have.

We have Person A, who works 40 hours/week and earns $35 per hour. And we have Person B, who has the same income but only works 30 hours/week.

A already earns $350 more per week. But as 1 year passes, you can see the real difference…

Income Person A: $72,800
Income Person B: $54,600

A worked more and B chilled more. Their difference is $18,200 in income.

If we look at solely the income spectrum, Person A got more out of his time. And it statistically shows in his income generated.

My point: Time passes regardless, you decide what you do with it.

If we look at the difference in income, the person who put more work in, got more direct returns.

But the way they use their free time is what decides their future. Person B may have more time, but that doesn’t mean anything if he doesn’t use it in a way that creates an outcome.

And to get the most from your free time, you need to be focused and enter the flow state.

These are what help you get more done in less time.

đź‘“ Clarity

There are three components to achieving focus and entering the flow state. And we will discuss them in the following days.

But let’s start with the most important: Clarity.

The root of not getting stuff done is never being clear on exactly what to do. That’s why we need clarity before we can get stuff done.

Clarity helps you focus on what truly matters, without clarity you’re confused.

Which will create a downward spiral.

Confusion → Low-quality output → Bad Results → Stress → Overwhelm → Confusion → Repeat

To get clarity, you need to know exactly what to do.

I advise you to write down what needs to be done, in what order, and how you’ll do it.
