Before all the websites, funnels, and webinars (online conferences) allowed people to do 1 sales pitch and make lots of people buy from it, people had to sell stuff 1-to-1.

They would get someone in their office, and pitch them right there.

Knowing this wasn’t the most financially efficient approach, they introduced the Tupperware Party selling method.

Also known as Home Selling Parties. The invention of 1 to many selling.

Back in the late 1940s, housewives would host small get-togethers with their neighbours and rave about their Tupperware. Convincing their audience to buy some too.

A saleswoman named Brownie Wise started her own Tupperware-selling business.

Where she discovered that housewives were not just the ideal customers for Tupperware, they would also be the best salespeople for this product.

Wise would go on and take the Tupperware Parties national, and not only make the brand grow but also allow housewives to make sizeable incomes through commissions hosting these parties.

Selling 1 to many is a lot more efficient than selling 1 to 1.

Rather than selling Tupperware face to face and spending hours speaking to people, they would host a party showcasing its value & pitching the product, and sell to more people at the same time.

More fun & more efficient.

Now, I’m not telling you to host a party and sell Tupperware. But I am introducing you to 1 to many selling and it’s value.

It is a powerful concept to keep in the back of your mind.

1 to many selling can be done through:
> Webinars (online conferences)
> Seminars (in-person conferences)
> Online Communities
> Online Stores
> Live streams
> Workshops
> Emails
