Unpopular opinion: You don't need to quit your job to be an entrepreneur
The real secret to success might just be staying put—at least for now.

Let’s be real—you’re stuck in a job that sucks your soul from your body and every working hour feels like a waste… right?
But here’s the problem 👇🏽
Many believe they must save thousands of dollars, quit their jobs, and then risk their savings on their “little business idea”.
But that’s the old way of doing things.
Back in the day you’d gather everything you and your family possessed and put it all on your idea. If it didn’t work out, you’d lose EVERYTHING. From your house to all of your wife’s jewellery ← Too bad 😢.
We live in (almost) 2025 and the cost of opportunity is just a fraction of what it used to be.
With “passion projects” reaching millions in valuation—you too, can start something small aside from your job and scale it to the point where you’re living in complete freedom. Whether that’s financially, geographically, or time-wise.
Working full-time might make it seem impossible, but that’s far from the truth.
A job is actually the best thing to have when building a business.
Because that monthly income from your job is your safety net, it’ll allow you to sleep well at night knowing you can keep the lights on.
Plus, you’re not spending 100% of your time at your job.
When you come home, you’ll have more than enough free time to work on your product, reach out to prospects, make content, and do all your business-related things.
Conclusion
Your job does not consume all of your time and you probably haven’t raised millions to build your business while staying afloat. So, don’t quit your job → Leverage it.
P.S.
You could use your income to invest in yourself and your business. I use my job’s income to pay for the bills but I also buy information, software, and advertising for my business. I look at the money my business generates as extra fuel for the machine.
