- What is my end goal? 🤔
What is my end goal? 🤔
Make 2025 your most successful, productive, and profitable year yet
As an employed entrepreneur, your time is your most scarce and valuable resource.
To make 2025 your most successful, productive, and profitable year yet—you must know how you’re entering the new year.
To help you achieve that, I’m sharing the 4 Ws you need to consider before entering this next chapter of your life and business.
1st W - What?
Start by asking yourself, what do I want to achieve this year? Define your goals.
What are they?
What do they look like?
Whether that’s launching a new product or hiring your first/next employee, it is important to know where you’re trying to go before going there.
Bonus: What is my end goal?
Take some time to reflect on what your end goal is and why you’re trying to reach that in the first place.
Break each goal into actionable steps—What do I need to do to accomplish them?
2nd W - Where?
Find environments where you can do deep work. Places you can focus like a home office, coffee shop, library, and so forth.
Don’t only think about physical spaces, also think about your mentality.
“Where do I need to be mentally to get the best work done?”
Locate yourself to a place without distractions. Stimulating growth, focus, and creativity.
3rd W - When?
Time-blocking is your best friend—When will I dedicate time to my business?
I’ve found that scheduling your working time ahead has massive benefits like being able to focus faster and getting more stuff done.
Do not block out entire days—be realistic but disciplined.
Instead, schedule these productivity moments around when you have family time, work, rest, birthdays, etcetera.
4th W - With Whom?
Am I doing this alone?
You could be, but you could also include others—consider getting a business partner or including your family/friends.
Do not be afraid to delegate or outsource tasks that drain your energy or expertise.
Final thought
Planning your next moves entering the next year is key to finding success. Having clarity on The Four W’s will make your work focused and intentional—resulting in more success in whatever way you define it.
Every hour you invest is another step toward building the life and business you deserve.
Make your plan today. The clock is ticking! ⏱️
Shower thought of the day
No two people see the same version of you, even if it’s at the same time. Each person has a unique viewpoint (taller/shorter/angle of lighting, etc) which makes you look different to all of them.
